World Food Safety Day was set for 7 June by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO). This year, the key topic of the FAO and WHO campaign is the idea that food safety is a matter for each of us. The Slovak campaign of the Department of Food Safety and Nutrition of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Slovak Republic also derives from this light motive.
